CreditNow! CN-3000/CN-3100 AutoProcessor Update Instructions

Please read the instructions before updating CreditNow! CN-3000/CN-3100 AutoProcessor.

What version are you running?


While running CreditNow! CN-3000/CN-3100 AutoProcessor Click Help -> About in the Menu Bar to view the version you are running.

Note:
16-Bit CreditNow! Single Users / CreditNow! AutoProcessor Version 1.4 or prior version users are encouraged to upgrade.

Steps for updating CreditNow! CN-3000/CN-3100 AutoProcessor.


1. If you did not do the CreditNow! install on your computer, you may need to contact your resident technical support, IT Dept. or application specialist and make them aware of your intentions before updating.

2. Complete all transactions currently in the queue.

3. Pause CreditNow! CN-3000/CN-3100 AutoProcessor (Queue -> Pause or click the Pause button).

4 Make a back-up of files in the CreditNow! CN-3000/CN-3100 AutoProcessor directory.

5. Run Archive ( File -> Archive).

6. Run Verify ( File -> Verify).

7. Run Optimize ( File -> Optimize).

8. Print Configuration report ( Help -> Configuration report ), keep a copy in a secure location.

9. Exit the CreditNow! CN-3000/CN-3100 AutoProcessor ( File -> Exit ).

10. Download the latest update to CreditNow! CN-3000/CN-3100 AutoProcessor (CreditNow! AutoProcessor Update).

11. Run the update program UpdateCNAP.x.x.xx.x.exe, following the prompts until complete.

12. Restart the CreditNow! CN-3000/CN-3100 AutoProcessor application, the update is complete.
